Photo Gallery. 1999: The 1st ever World's Largest Catsup Bottle Birthday Party and Car Show celebrated the 50th anniversary of the building of the Brooks® catsup water tower. It was held on Sunday, June 13, 1999, on Main Street and the front lawn of the Collinsville Library and the historic Blum House. Photo Gallery. 1997: It all started here on Saturday, May 17, 1997 with what was called "Catsup Bottle Appreciation Day."
